Gambling, "Yes" or "No." As far as the state of texas was concerned, lottery gambling was considered braking the law up just before mid 1980s when the lottery was approved. I'd always belief that it was ironic that the state of Texas decided that gambling was OK as long you gambled on the state controlled sweepstakes.
